Boston Bruins' starting goalie Tuukka Rask has been a big subject of conversation for the last couple of weeks.

The goalie left the NHL bubble so he could be with his family during a medical emergency and received quite the amount of criticism.

While his teammates and management fully understood and supported his decision, some fans and analysts really didn't understand it.

He left the team during the season as well for personal reasons and there's been some chatter that he might retire with one year left on his deal.

Bruins' insider Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic reached out to Rask's agent Markus Lehto to see if there was any update or clarification on the situation.

According to Rask's agent, the goalie will be back for the 2020-21 season.

“There has been no such discussions that he wouldn’t return,”
