The Boston Bruins continue to try and work out a deal for Arizona Coyotes defenseman Oliver Ekman-Larsson.

Ekman-Larsson has given the Vancouver Canucks and Bruins a deadline of Friday night to get a deal done with Arizona or he'll be staying with the Coyotes for the moment.

OEL isn't the only Coyotes player that might end up on the Bruins this year.

Taylor Hall will be hitting free agency as the Coyotes have ended contract talks with the forward.

According to The Fourth Period, the Bruins are one of a handful of teams in the mix for Hall.

Pagnotta lists the Bruins along with the Calgary Flames, Colorado Avalanche, Montreal Canadiens, Nashville Predators and Columbus Blue Jackets as the teams in the mix.

The interesting thing about Hall is that he might be willing to accept a 2-3 year deal with high salary according to Darren Dreger.

That unfortunately might not be something the Bruins can match.
