The Boston Bruins have a couple of important upcoming free agents that the team would definitely love to keep around.
While Torey Krug probably sits at the top of the list, negotiations don't seem to be moving for either side, however things seem to be moving fast for others.
According to Ryan Whitney of the NHL Network and Spittin Chiclets, the Bruins are close to signing both Charlie Coyle and Chris Wagner to contract extensions.
Whitney says the Coyle deal will likely be for six years while the Wagner deal will likely be for three years.
Get it done Sweeney!
I’m hearing Charlie Coyle and Chris Wagner are very close to resigning with the bruins. Maybe 6 year extension for Coyle and 3 year extension for Wagner. But if none of this happens don’t chirp me
