The Boston Bruins will take on the Carolina Hurricanes for the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

It's going to be quite the series with the two teams already having some history so we should see some very intense hockey once the puck drops for Game 1.

The Bruins were a little disappointing during the round robin however as goalie Tuukka Rask said it was just a warm up and the team is ready to go.

"These round robin games or whatever they were, you just shake the rust off and try to get back to the team game. It doesn't matter what seed you are because you need to beat them all to advance. Now it's on to the real hockey"

The two teams only faced off once during the regular season and the Bruins skated away with a 2-0 win at home on December 3.

It'll be one of the primetime series as the NHL released the full schedule all games will be in primetime so far besides one noon game.
