The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney have some big decisions to make this offseason when it comes to the blueline.
Both Torey Krug and captain Zdeno Chara will be free agents this offseason.
While Chara will likely be willing to take a huge hometown discount if the Bruins want him back, it's quite the opposite for Krug.
Krug has made it clear he wants to get paid and has already stated he has no interest in a one year offer from the Bruins and likely wouldn't take a hometown discount.
He's been attached to the Detroit Red Wings and Montreal Canadiens so far this offseason and according to one NHL insider it's over in Boston.
Darren Dreger of TSN says that Krug is about to get paid this offseason and won't be in Boston.
"He's going to get paid, not in Boston, but he's going to get paid outside of Boston."
Do you believe we've seen the end of Krug in a Bruins uniform?
