Aside from Dougie Hamilton, Boston Bruin fans might already have their top target to taunt on Sunday.
Carolina Hurricanes forward Warren Foegele got away with a very questionable play as he took defenseman Torey Krug down and into the boards.
It was a scary moment as Foegele took Krug down and slewfoot him causing Krug to slam into the boards at warp speed.
The play didn't receive a penalty call and Krug said he's used to that type of dirty play by opposing players so far in these playoffs.
“It was a slewfoot and then crash into the boards. I guess I’m used to that in the last few (playoff) series”
Foegele is known for pushing the line and we'll probably see some more plays like that over the next couple of games.
Torey Krug on the hit from Warren Foegele that went uncalled in first period: “It was a slewfoot and then crash into the boards. I guess I’m used to that in the last few (playoff) series”
