The Boston Bruins big trade deadline acquisition this year, Marcus Johansson, was looked at as a rental at the time of the trade.
He's set to become an unrestricted free agent on July 1, however both sides have mentioned the mutual interest of a longer relationship.
However when all is said and done, it looks like he was just that, a rental.
Darren Dreger reports that Johansson met with several teams today and none of them were the Bruins.
It seems Johansson and his camp have decided to move on from Boston.
Are you disappointed to see him move on from Boston?
Marcus Johansson is talking with several teams today and none of them Boston. Looks like he will have a new home tomorrow.
