The Boston Bruins have been devastated by bad news so far during training camp and it's been pretty rough.
Players missing left and right, David Pastrnak and Ondrej Kase sidelined indefinitely nothing seemed to be going right.
Even Tuukka Rask is dealing with a fractured finger.
But there was finally some good news at practice on Thursday.
After missing the last couple of practices and deemed "unfit to practice", defenseman Charlie McAvoy was back on the ice Thursday.
This is great news for the Bruins.
Charlie McAvoy back at practice after missing the last couple of sessions with the "unfit to participate" tag. Still no David Pastrnak or Ondrej Kase. This is not a recording.
