The Boston Bruins continue to have the injury riddled season from hell.
It seems almost on a weekly basis the team announces a new injury, despite all the obstacles, the team is holding onto a playoff spot.
The latest to fall to battle is forward Joakim Nordstrom.
From The Bruins release:
Nordstrom sustained a non-displaced fibula fracture and will be re-evaluated in approximately three weeks. The injury occurred in the Bruins game on January 1 against the Chicago Blackhawks at Notre Dame Stadium in South Bend, IN.
