On Saturday, NHL Insider Nick Kypreos reported that the Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney have been in trade talks with the Edmonton Oilers.

According to Kypreos, the Bruins have been kicking tires on 2011 first overall pick, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins

Acquiring Nugent-Hopkins would give the B's a big boost to their top six, but what exactly would it require for Sweeney to land Nugent-Hopkins?

Well the Oilers are in desperate need of help on the blueline and Eklund of HockeyBuzz.com reports Oilers general manager Peter Chiarelli is looking to land a long time friend.

Eklund reports that a source told him that Chara could be on the move soon, if he's willing to accept a trade.

From HockeyBuzz.com:

Yes Chara could be on the move soon, but remember this is entirely up to Chara. He will only accept a trade if he believes in the team he is going to...or he could be assured of a long term deal. Probably more likely Chara would be looking for both hope now and a few years for the future...

Chara and Chiarelli's relationship of course goes all the way back to the Ottawa Senators.

If Chara accepted the trade, would you be willing to move Zdeno for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins?
