The Boston Bruins will return to action tomorrow as they will seek their third straight win at the New Jersey Devils.  The biggest storyline through the first two months of the season has been the team’s health, which could be getting better in the very near future.

David Backes, Torey Krug, Brad Marchand and Ryan Spooner all took part in Tuesday’s practice at the Warrior Ice Arena.  Unfortunately, it looks like Spooner could be the only one returning to the lineup in New Jersey as Backes, Krug and Marchand were all wearing non-contact jerseys.

Spooner has missed the last 14 games after tearing his groin against the Vegas Golden Knights back on October 15.  He will likely be a game-time decision tomorrow night.

Anders Bjork did not skate at all today so he definitely will not play on Wednesday night.

As we reported earlier today, the Bruins recalled defenseman Matt Grzelcyk from the Providence Bruins.  He certainly looks like he will draw in tomorrow based on today’s line rushes.

Here is how Bruce Cassidy had his team lined up today per NBC Sports Boston:
