The Boston Bruins were back at the Warrior Ice Arena on Sunday as they prepare for Monday night’s Game 3 versus the Ottawa Senators.  The shorthanded Bruins will have at least one injured player back in the lineup when they take to the TD Garden ice.

Fourth line winger Noel Acciari took part in today’s optional skate and will return to action in Game 3 after missing the regular season finale and the first two games of the playoffs with a lower-body injury.

"Noel Acciari looks like he'll be available tomorrow, so we'll have a decision to make there," said head coach Bruce Cassidy, per CSNNE. "He was playing good hockey when he got hurt, so there's a good chance that he'll draw back into the lineup. Those are things we'll sort through in the morning."

The Bruins were joined by injured defensemen Brandon Carlo and Colin Miller.  Cassidy called Carlo “doubtful” for Game 3, but Miller sounds like he could return to the lineup.  The Bruins did not call up any other blue liners from Providence on Sunday to that is an encouraging sign for Miller.

Neither Torey Krug nor Adam McQuaid skated on Sunday and are not expected to suit up on tomorrow night.
