Bruins Health On The Blue Line Is Improving

Head coach Bruce Cassidy talked to his players about taking a day off on Tuesday, but the team decided they wanted to hit the ice at the Warrior Ice Arena today.

The biggest concern for the Boston Bruins heading into Game 4 is the health of their blue line, which seems to be improving.

Cassidy confirmed that Brandon Carlo skated on Tuesday and that he is “doing OK.” Even though Carlo was called day-to-day by Cassidy, he is doubtful for Wednesday night’s game.

The update on Colin Miller was much more positive than both that of Carlo and Torey Krug.

"Colin Miller's better, so we'll have an update in the morning, but he's ahead of Carlo, know that for sure. And Krug - we'll list him as day to day, but he wasn't on the ice today," said Cassidy, per the Boston Bruins official website.

Charlie McAvoy has played well enough to remain in the lineup if Miller returns tomorrow night so either Joe Morrow or Tommy Cross will come out of the lineup. We will get a better idea of what the lineup will look like at tomorrow’s morning skate.
